What Slows Buyer Agents
Buyer agents juggle dozens of active buyers, each with different budgets, neighborhoods, and must-haves. Manually matching them to new listings is time-consuming and error-prone — and slow match delivery costs you deals.
- ✗ Hours spent manually comparing buyer criteria to new listings
- ✗ Missing the perfect match because you checked too late
- ✗ No way to track which listings each buyer has already seen
- ✗ Clients losing trust when they find listings before you do
How RAS Fixes It
RAS's match engine scores every active listing against each buyer's full profile — budget, city, beds, baths, HOA tolerance, must-haves, and deal-breakers — and ranks them Excellent / Strong / Possible / Low. You see the best matches instantly and can send them to clients with one click.

Common Questions
How does the buyer-listing match engine work?
RAS scores every active listing in your database against each buyer's profile using a weighted algorithm. City match adds 25 points, budget fit adds 20, property type adds 15, beds and baths add 10 each, HOA fit adds 5, and each must-have adds 5 while each deal-breaker subtracts 15. Scores are bucketed into Excellent (85+), Strong (65–84), Possible (45–64), and Low (below 45).
Can RAS pull listings from Zillow automatically?
Yes. The RAS Chrome Extension lets you browse Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, or Homes.com and save listings with one click. On search result pages, you can bulk-scan all visible listings and see which of your buyers match each one — without saving them first.
How does the client portal help buyer agents?
Each buyer gets a private branded portal (no login required — just a secure link) that shows their matched properties with photos, prices, match scores, and reasons. When you send a match, it appears in their portal instantly. Clients can confirm showings, send messages, and view documents — all from one place.
Does RAS integrate with the MLS?
RAS has a provider architecture that supports MLS/IDX integration. The Chrome Extension covers Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Trulia today. MLS direct feeds can be configured via the Extension or API provider.
